Description
Isabel moves into a prestigious residential building with her two children, and the rent turns out to be surprisingly affordable. High ceilings, panoramic windows, soundproofing, loyal and friendly neighbors — after moving in, this new life seems like a chance for Isabel to start over. However, over time, she begins to notice that strange rules apply in the house, and the tenants are chosen based on an unknown principle. With each passing day, the atmosphere becomes increasingly unsettling: the children begin to act strangely, the line between reality and paranoia blurs, and Isabel herself feels an ever-stronger presence of something sinister, hidden literally beneath the floor of her apartment.
