Description
Super agent Seal and his team are hunting a Mexican cartel operating on both sides of the border. The criminals respond in kind — firing back with everything they have. Suddenly, a third party enters the game: someone boldly starts robbing the cartel’s warehouses. Within just a few days, millions of dollars disappear. But the money doesn’t vanish without a trace — an unknown individual opens a bank account and begins distributing the stolen funds to those in need. Now his life depends on who finds him first — the special forces or the cartel’s ruthless killers.
