Description
While boating, Scott Carey encounters a radioactive mist, after which he notices strange changes in his body — he begins to shrink rapidly. Soon, trapped in his own basement and reduced to a height of only 5 centimeters, he must fight for survival in a world that is familiar, yet now hostile to him.
