DESIGN AND ESTIMATE DOCUMENTATION

Design and estimate documentation (PD) is a set of documents that reveal the essence of a construction project and contain a justification for its cost, feasibility and expediency.

The sub includes:

• project documents (explanatory note; information about the scheme
• planning organization of the site; data on architectural, space-planning and design solutions; technical information about engineering networks; plans for dismantling and demolition of capital construction objects, environmental and fire-fighting measures, and others);
• working documents (consists of sets of drawings, specifications of products, materials and equipment);
• estimated documents (here: local and object estimates and calculations, a plan of individual expenses, summary estimates of the total cost of construction and other financial indicators).

ENGINEERING AND GEODETIC SURVEYS

• Engineering and geodetic surveys (IGDI) - a set of works aimed at obtaining information about the terrain and the situation of the terrain; serves as the basis for design, and for conducting other types of surveys and surveys.
• Works performed in the IGdi process:
• Creation of geodetic and planned-altitude justification;
• Topographic surveys of various scales (mostly large ones);
• Tracing of linear structures;
• Geodetic reference of geological workings, hydrological lines, points of geophysical exploration.

• Engineering geological surveys represent a whole range of works aimed at studying the engineering geological conditions of the site allocated for construction. This takes into account stratigraphy, tectonics, lithology and physico-geological phenomena.
• Geological surveys are mandatory to substantiate project documentation, investments and do not depend on the scale and importance of the construction object.
• Engineering geological surveys. They make it possible to take into account the features of the projected object, determine the type of foundation and its optimal level, the strength of load-bearing structures. Such surveys are carried out when it is necessary to comprehensively study the geological conditions of the construction area: relief, geological structures, composition and properties of soils.
