VESTA HPR 777 A is a hyperplasticizer, an innovative chemical admixture for concrete products, based on a modified polymer. Consisting of modified sulfate compounds, it acts as a super water-reducing, superplasticizing, and strength-improving agent for concrete with a specially developed modified polymer base.

CHARACTERISTICS

VESTA HPR 777-A is a superplasticizing, innovative chemical admixture for concrete that ensures easy workability of fresh concrete without causing segregation;

• Enables the creation of concrete mixes with a low (economical) water-to-cement ratio;
• Increases the resistance of hardened concrete to environmental influences;
• Does not contain chloride ions;
• Does not corrode reinforcement;
• Ensures long-term preservation of the fresh concrete cone, allowing for long-distance transportation.

Additives are shipped in 1-ton plastic containers. Shipped containers must be returned. Unreturned containers will be reimbursed in the amount of 750,000 (seven hundred fifty thousand) soums per container.

Delivery terms:

• If the purchase is greater than 5 (five) tons, the Seller will deliver the goods to the Buyer's warehouse.
• If the purchase is less than 5 (five) tons, the Buyer will cover shipping costs or pick up the goods from the Seller's warehouse.

VESTA HPR 777-A is a super-water-reducing, super-plasticizing polycarboxylate-based concrete admixture that improves strength by reducing (saving) the water ratio in concrete and significantly improves the workability of fresh concrete.

APPLICATION

• For all classes of ready-mixed concrete described in TS EN 206 and TS EN 13515;
• Concrete applications with a low (saving) water-to-cement ratio;
• Water-resistant concrete applications;
• Self-placement and self-compacting concrete applications;
• For applications on smooth surfaces, such as bridges and viaducts;
• In all concrete structural elements.

APPLICATION

HPR 777-A is available in a ready-to-use liquid form for addition to fresh concrete. It is recommended for addition to mixing water at ready-mix concrete plants.

APPLICATION

It is recommended to use it in a ratio of 0.5% to 2.0% of the binder weight in the mix design to achieve a flowable consistency across all concrete classes described in TS EN 206 and TS EN 13515. This ratio varies depending on the aggregates (crushed stone, sand, aggregate, water composition) used in the concrete mix design, as well as the properties of the required fresh and hardened concrete. Therefore, before determining the application rate, laboratory tests are required to determine the expected properties of the fresh and hardened concrete.

STORAGE CONDITIONS AND PACKAGING

The product must be stored at temperatures above 5°C. If the concrete freezes, thorough mechanical mixing is required to restore it to its original condition. Available for sale in 25-kilogram cans, 200-kilogram drums, 1000-kilogram IBC tanks, and bulk.

COMPATIBILITY

The VESTA HPR 777-A series is compatible with construction chemicals manufactured by MIR POLITEK CHEMICALS. For information on compatibility with other chemical admixtures, please contact MIR POLITEK CHEMICALS' technical service. If more than one admixture is required in the desired concrete mix design, each admixture must be added separately.

VESTA HPR 777-A can be used with all types of cement. For use with special types of cement, please contact MIR POLITEK CHEMICALS' technical service.

SAFETY INFORMATION

• If the chemical admixture comes into contact with exposed skin, prevent contact and immediately rinse with plenty of water.
• If the additive comes into contact with eyes, rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
• Wear gloves, protective masks, and goggles during handling.
