About Stemp Trust

Our company has been working on the profile of the production of seals and stamps for more than 10 years. During this time, there have been many changes, both in manufacturing technology and in the change of management and maintenance personnel.
During this period of time, the company had three major changes in the technological process. In 1999 (transition to a polymer base and production of stamps from improvised means), in 2006 (flexography method) and in August 2008 (purchase of new equipment, transition to the Austrian polymer resin technology and flash technology of multicolor seals)
The main goal of our company is to bring back the traditions of stamp production and everywhere increase the durability and quality of stamps that can serve up to 15 years!

Stemp Trust Equipment

Special equipment is required for the production of seals and stamps, which is the main indicator of the company for the production of seals. The better this equipment is, the better the stamp is made.
Our company's equipment for manufacturing is an example for any company. For production, we use the latest developments, including an exposure camera with a factory identification number with a carefully adjusted illumination gap.
We use the latest developments to make the negative.
A special drying chamber is used for final drying.

Materials used in Stemp Trust

First of all, the Austrian polymers Trodat and Colop VX 55 with a Shore hardness of 55 units, from which the cliche (seal) is made. Using this type of polymer, we guarantee the durability of printing up to 10 years.
Film for English-made negatives, substrate (substrate) and Italian spray toner, Austrian border tape, 2.5 mm thick, special solution for washing - Japanese, cartridges for negatives, original. All seals are glued on double-sided adhesive tape of German production.
Materials for the manufacture of seals are supplied, only by special orders, and only by our company.
