JV LLCTechno Cable Group is a plant in Uzbekistan for the production of copper and aluminum cable and wire products with various types of insulation, located in the Zangiata district of the Tashkent region.
The modern production complex allows us to produce a wide range of products that meet the highest requirements. Currently, the cable factory is "Techno Cable Group", an efficiently operating enterprise that produces a wide range of cable and wire products. These are household wires, non-insulated wires for overhead power lines; self-supporting insulated wires; power cables for stationary laying at a nominal voltage of 0.6; 1 kV; wires and cables for electrical installations at a nominal voltage of up to 450/750 V; wires with twisted cores with insulation and a PVC plastic sheath at a nominal voltage of up to 380 V. The factory development program is aimed at continuous improvement of product quality, modernization of equipment, introduction of measuring and testing equipment, new progressive technologies. As part of this program, in 2020, the production of power cables for non-stationary laying of the following brands was mastered: KGtp, KGNtp, KPGtp, KPGNtp, KGUtp and with increased fire resistance AVVGng-FRLS, VVGng-FRLS, VVGng-FRLS, VVGng-FRHF. Self-supporting insulated wires with a nominal voltage of 0.6; 1 kV without a zero, load-bearing core of the SIP-4 brand are designed for branches from overhead lines (overhead lines) to the input, for laying on the walls of buildings and structures.
The bending radius during installation and the wire mounted on the supports must be at least 10 D, where D- the estimated outer diameter of the wire.
The permissible heating of conductive conductors during operation should not exceed 900C in normal mode and 2500C in case of a short circuit.
The wires of the SIP-1, SIP-2, CIPn-1 and CIPn-2 brands can be made with 1, 2 or 3 auxiliary conductors for outdoor lighting circuits. Nominal cross section of auxiliary cores 16; 25; or 35 mm2.

Testing laboratory
TESTING LABORATORY / QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT
At the joint venture "Techno Cable Group" LLC, for quality control of cable and wire products, there is a Quality Control Department (QCC) and a Testing Laboratory (IL), conducting acceptance tests, periodic tests, as well as certification; in order to confirm the conformity of products with international standards.
In order to ensure the reliability of the results of the tests carried out, the testing laboratory has passed the accreditation procedure at the UZSTANDARD Agency.
Conducting tests in an accredited laboratory guarantees the quality and accuracy of the measurements and tests performed.

In the Field of accreditation (Appendix to the certificate of accreditation), 78 names of defined characteristics (parameters) are indicated, including:
—electrical parameters;
— physical and mechanical parameters;
—resistance to external influences;
— fire safety (namely: Flame propagation along vertically arranged bundles of wires or cables, non-proliferation of burning of a single cable, Smoke density when burning cables under specified conditions, the amount of gases released by halogen acids, the degree of acidity of the gases released by measuring pH and conductivity). Employees of the OCC and the Testing Laboratory constantly monitor the stability of the technological process of manufacturing serial products, evaluate the effectiveness and expediency of changes to the design or technological process, input quality control of raw materials and materials for production is carried out.
All types of tests of cable and wire products are carried out in accordance with the requirements of interstate GOST standards adopted for use in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
