Purpose of the examination

-compliance with current legislation, according to which, when developing design estimates for buildings and structures to be reconstructed, "....it is necessary to carry out a set of measures that ensure earthquake resistance, durability and quality, observing the requirements of the republican norms and rules of construction (Article 15 of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan on "Architecture and Construction").

The purpose of the survey of buildings and structures is a reliable assessment of the technical condition of operational qualities; preliminary (selective) and detailed (instrumental) studies of building structures; determination of the causes and nature of damage sustained by a building or structure during operation; computational analysis of structures by limiting conditions for the influence of static and dynamic (seismic) influences; performance of work on the study and determination of soils of bases and foundations (development by the method of drilling); issuing decisions and recommendations in connection with an additional superstructure of the number of floors or a change in the layout.
Laboratory determination and assessment of the actual strength of concrete bearing structures of buildings of prefabricated and monolithic reinforced concrete columns and crossbars, instrumental non-destructive testing using the device. The inspection of buildings and structures
is carried out in order to:
- determination of the technical condition of buildings and structures for the design of their reconstruction or major repairs;
- determination of the technical condition of buildings and structures to assess the possibility of their further trouble-free operation or the need for their restoration and reinforcement of structures;
- general monitoring of the technical condition of buildings and structures to identify objects whose structures have changed their stress-strain state and require a technical condition examination; - monitoring the technical condition of buildings and structures falling within the zone of influence of construction sites and natural and man-made impacts to ensure the safe operation of these buildings and structures;
- monitoring the technical condition of buildings and structures that are in a limited operational or emergency condition, to assess their current technical condition and take measures to eliminate the emergency condition;
- monitoring the technical condition of unique buildings and structures, including high-rise and large-span ones, to monitor the condition of load-bearing structures and prevent disasters associated with their collapse.
