Who We Are
Uztex Group is one of the largest vertically integrated textile manufacturers in Central Asia. Established in 2009 with the launch of its first factory—UZTEX CHIRCHIK—the company has grown into a powerful industrial group comprising 15 production facilities across Uzbekistan.
We have been building factory after factory since 2009.
Uztex Group operates 15 production sites throughout Uzbekistan, with its flagship complex located in Chirchik (Tashkent Region), exporting products to over 45 countries worldwide.
Uztex Group invests in state-of-the-art industrial equipment from Germany, Belgium, and Japan, ensuring the precision, productivity, and consistency required by major international retailers.
Production capabilities
Spinning — carded, combed, compact, blended
Knitting — jersey, rib, interlock, terry, fleece, piqué, jacquard
Weaving — plain, twill, and terry weaves
Dyeing — reactive dyes; continuous and batch dyeing
Finishing — sanforizing, compacting, napping, printing
Garment manufacturing — cutting, sewing, embroidery, screen printing
Packaging — folding, labeling, poly-bagging, carton packaging
Production
Knitting, dyeing, sewing, and hosiery production are all carried out in-house—without subcontractors. This ensures that a single company is responsible for the fabric texture, dye shade, and seam quality of the finished product.
Knitting: Where yarn becomes fabric
Circular knitting machines transform our own yarn into greige fabric. The knitting gauge and machine diameter determine everything that follows—texture, density, and elasticity—making this stage the foundation of the finished product's quality.
Daily output: 20 tons of greige fabric
Dyeing and finishing: Precise and consistent color
Greige fabric goes in; the approved shade comes out. Formulas are developed in our own laboratory and verified using instrumental analysis, ensuring that the third industrial batch matches the lab sample just as precisely as the first.
Daily output: 70 tons of dyed fabric
Sewing production: Cutting, sewing, steaming, and packaging
Cutting, sewing, steaming, and packaging take place in a continuous workflow. This division transforms approved fabric and technical specifications into palletized boxes—catering to OEM, ODM, and private-label programs.
Annual output: 20 million knitted garments
Hosiery:
A fully autonomous process covering the knitting, toe-closing, boarding (shaping), and packaging of socks and hosiery—ranging from everyday cotton pairs to graduated medical compression products.
Annual output: 70 million pairs.
Textile solutions for global markets
A comprehensive range of cotton-based textile products for both mass-market and premium segments. All categories are available for OEM, ODM, and private label programs—OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, Class I certified.
