Privacy policy

1. General provisions.

1.1. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the "Policy") was developed by PE Golden Print Asia (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Site Administration") in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, including the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data" dated April 16, 2019, in relation to Users online service "www.goldenpages.uz " (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") and establishes the procedure for obtaining, collecting, accumulating, storing, processing, using, protecting and disclosing personal data (hereinafter referred to as "Data") Users of the Site.

1.2. Data refers to any information related directly or indirectly to a specific User, such as: first name, last name, email address, phone number, region of residence, IP address, data about the devices used by the User (computer, browser type, mobile device operating system), messages (information contained in the correspondence between Users with each other, as well as in correspondence with the Site Administration), other communication information, which, at the request of the User, is provided to them through the registration form and / or when filling out their Profile on the Site, writing a message.

1.3. Data processing means the implementation of one or a set of actions for the collection, systematization, storage, modification, addition, use, provision, dissemination, transfer, depersonalization and destruction of personal data and other ways of using Company Data.

1.4. The User, by registering on the Site, while entering his personal data and performing any actions within the site www.goldenpages.uz by using any part of the Site, expresses its consent (by activating the "Register" button through the site form (checkbox) or by activating the "Send request" button through the Request form) to the provisions of this Policy and gives the State of emergency "Golden Print Asia" permission to process its Data.

1.5. The User has no right to use the site www.goldenpages.uz if he does not agree with the terms of this Policy.

1.6. The Site Administration is not responsible for the possible misuse of users' personal information that occurred due to such reasons as:

transfer by users of their unique identification data for access to protected pages of the site to persons who do not have the right to such access;
misuse of information from the Site by registered Users or other persons and/or organizations committed in violation of the terms of this Provision.

1.7. According to the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On personal data", personal data processing is carried out in the following cases:

consent of the subject to the processing of this data;
the need to process this data in order to fulfill a contract to which the subject is a party or to take measures at the request of the subject before concluding such a contract;
the need to process this data in order to fulfill the obligations of the owner and/or operator, as defined by law;
the need to process this data to protect the legitimate interests of the subject or another person;
the need to process this data in order to exercise the rights and legitimate interests of the owner and/or operator, or a third party, or to achieve socially significant goals, provided that the rights and legitimate interests of personal data subjects are not violated;
processing of this data for statistical or other research purposes, subject to mandatory depersonalization of personal data;
if this data is obtained from publicly available sources. If it is necessary to process personal data in order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the subject, their processing is allowed without the consent of the latter, until the moment when obtaining consent becomes possible. 2. Collection and processing of personal data.

2.1. The Company may collect the following Data:

first name, last name, patronymic, date of birth, gender, marital status, data of an authorized person of the company, company name, company details, contact phone numbers, e-mail address, company location address, other communication data at the request of the User;
information about the User's account, including phone number, e-mail address, username and password, other Data necessary for the maintenance of the Site's users, communication with Users, including when the User contacts the Site's support service;
information that Users provide to the Company when concluding contracts for the provision of additional services on the Site;
information necessary for communication between Users of the Site.
data about the devices used by the User, information about the Users' websites and/or their mobile Data (if the User uses a mobile application), such as: IP address, date and time when the User uses the Site, information about the software, as well as the Internet browser used, information about the operating system of the mobile device, information about the operation of the User's devices, individual identifiers of the devices that Users use;
data obtained as a result of conducting various surveys related to improving the provision of service to Users and information obtained by the Company as a result of marketing activities;
information posted by Users based on the results of their service, reviews, comments, support requests, complaints, claims and other requests.

2.2. The Company may also process Data using the following technologies:

• cookies (cookies are a small piece of data that is sent to the user's computer when going to a web page and/or when viewing an advertising module on a web page and stored on the user's computer and/or in his mobile device);

• pixels (pixels are digital images, elements of the display matrix that form an image).

These technologies allow you to track how often a User uses a web page in order to identify the User's browser and provide services, for example, storing Data in the trash between visits, as well as to eliminate Site errors initiated by the User. At the same time, all information is processed "as is" and does not change during the data collection process. 3. Use and purposes of data processing.

3.1. The Company uses and processes Data for such purposes as:

identification of the client as a Site User;
communication with Users, including for the provision of services, reporting, creation and implementation of bonus programs, loyalty programs, sending mailings, by e-mail, sending commercial offers, notifications about promotions and other news www.goldenpages.uz;
improving the quality of service provision, forming ratings, analyzing user activity, performing keyword search, managing traffic on the Site, analyzing and predicting User preferences, interests, conducting research and analytical activities;
ensuring that Users comply with the terms of the User Agreement and the Rules for posting information on the Site.

3.2. The terms of Data processing and storage are determined based on the purposes of data processing, as well as based on the conditions specified in contracts concluded with Users in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. Conditions for granting access to Data.

4.1. The Site contains links to other web resources, which are not covered by this Policy when Users click through.

4.2. The Company processes Data on a lawful and fair basis. The data is not disclosed to third parties and is not distributed without the User's consent, except in cases provided for by the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan and only in the interests of national security, economic well-being and human rights, in particular, but not exclusively at the reasonable requests of state bodies entitled to request and receive such data.

4.3. The Company reserves the right, in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, to exchange Data with government authorities in order to prevent fraud on the Site, resolve disputes and clarify circumstances that may cause violations of current legislation, as well as in case of detection of illegal actions of Site Users and/or receiving claims, complaints, appeals from third parties.

5. Changing/deleting Data or revoking consent to data processing.

5.1. Users can change/delete personal information, unsubscribe from the mailing list or withdraw their consent to data processing through their Personal Account at any time.

5.2. Upon receipt of such notification, the processing of the User's Data will be terminated and his Data will be deleted, except in cases where such processing may be necessary in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

5.3. The operation of some features of the Site, for which it is necessary to have information about the User, may be suspended from the moment the Data is changed/deleted.

5.4. The Company processes and stores Data for the purposes specified in this Policy for the entire necessary period for this, but not more than 5 (five) years from the date of the User's last interaction with the Site.

6. Data Protection.

6.1. When processing Data, the Company applies all necessary technical, organizational, and legal measures to protect Data from unauthorized and/or unauthorized access to such Data, including modification, deletion, provision, distribution, and other illegal actions.

6.2. The Company continuously monitors the security measures taken.

7. Additional conditions.

7.1. The Company reserves the right to change the terms of this Policy at any time. In this case, the updated version will be posted on the page at: https://www.goldenpages.uz/en/privacy/. If the User does not agree with the changes, he undertakes to immediately stop any interaction with the Site.

7.2. Golden Print Asia State of Emergency is not responsible for damage or losses incurred by the User or third parties as a result of an erroneous understanding or misunderstanding of the terms of this Policy.

7.3. If any provision of this Policy, including any proposal, paragraph or part thereof, is found to be contrary to the current legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan or invalid, this will not affect the remaining provisions. They remain in force and continue to operate in full and are valid. Any invalid provision or provision that cannot be fulfilled without further action by the Parties is considered amended, corrected to the extent necessary to ensure its validity and possibility of implementation.
