Today, three-layer sandwich panels are one of the most economical, high-speed and environmentally friendly solutions for the construction of buildings and structures. Our company produces sandwich panels with mineral wool insulation (basalt fiber) with edge fillers made of polyurethane foam, which have no analogues in the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Sandwich panels (wall and roof)
The uniqueness of our panels lies in the fact that they are filled with mineral wool in the core, and foam (polyurethane foam) is filled from the two edges of the lock part. This provides a double advantage for the durability and quality of our product.
Equipment and production capacity
The production capacity of our company is 3000 sq.m. of finished products per day. The operation of the line is fully automated, controlled via a computer.
Product Specifications
Our company produces two different types of sandwich panels with two different joint locks from 50 mm to 200 mm thick. The length of the panels can reach up to 13 meters.
