By thermal insulation material

The filler is:

1. Mineral wool (mineral wool), including basalt wool: A refractory thermal insulator with a fibrous structure made of silicate and basalt melts. It requires hydro protection due to hygroscopicity up to 2%. It is used with stainless steel protection to prevent corrosion and provide sound insulation. Basalt wool, as a subclass of mineral wool, is especially appreciated for its high thermal and sound insulation, as well as fire resistance. Both varieties are environmentally friendly and are not susceptible to shrinkage.
2. Polyurethane foam (PU foam): Easily workable material with closed pores, providing waterproofing. It is flammable, but resistant to physical damage and thermal deformation. It does not require special supports during installation, adheres well.
3. Polyisocyanurate foam: An improved version of PU foam with high fire resistance. The composition includes polyol and isocyanurate bonded by polymerization, which forms a carbon matrix. It does not decrease in volume, is resistant to aggressive environments, but is sensitive to UV radiation.
4. Fiberglass (glass wool): Elastic mineral thermal insulator with good durability due to the length and thickness of the fibers. Resistant to weather conditions, does not require significant efforts during installation. It is hygroscopic, requires protection from wind and can cause skin irritation.
5. Styrofoam: High thermal insulation properties, resistance to biological and chemical influences. Metal layers protect from sunlight. Highly flammable, requires caution when used near fire sources. It isolates sounds well, retains properties in contact with water.
6. Combined heat insulator: It combines expanded polystyrene and mineral wool, providing strength and high thermal insulation properties. Fire resistance due to cotton wool. It is bonded with polyurethane glue, the choice depends on the purpose and operating conditions of the building.

By type of polymer coating

The products are treated with a coating. It protects against the negative effects of the environment.

• Polyester (PE): The thickness of 25 microns provides protection in any climate, without deformations up to 120 degrees. Available in matte and glossy versions.
• Polydifluoride (PDVF): It can withstand temperatures from -60 to +120 degrees, is resistant to chemicals and corrosion.
• Pural: Based on polyurethane, it creates a unique pattern, is resistant to alkalis and rust, and is suitable for internal and external use.
• Plastisol: It is made of PVC, the thickness varies, it is resistant to cracks and deformation.
