The main activity of LLC "RUSHANA PLAST TECHNOLOGY" (RPT) is the production of modern building materials - sandwich panels. Here you will always find high-quality sandwich panels with expanded polystyrene.
Production: The panels of RPT LLC are manufactured in a continuous way on the equipment of Quanlong Machinery, where automation of the Japanese company Mitsubishi is used in the control panel, and gear motors of the Italian company Motovario are used in the drives. The pneuфmatic system of the presses uses distributors and pneumatic cylinders of the Italian company "Camozzi".
Panel cross section: Sandwich panels with a standard C-Lock lock are a classic lock, of a special, mathematically calculated shape, which allows to achieve a sound and tight connection, ensures the strength of the connection of the entire structure, preventing the penetration of moisture and vapors into the insulation. There are options for both horizontal and vertical mounting of sandwich panels.
Expanded polystyrene: Self-extinguishing expanded polystyrene (G2, B2) is used as the core. The optimal density is 15-25 kg/m3. The strength properties of the material remain stable during operation for a long time – both in warm and cold conditions. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic, does not rot, is not a breeding ground for bacteria in conditions of high humidity, has high resistance to moisture absorption, has the best thermal insulation properties, which allows the use of panels when creating low-temperature structures.
A two-component polyurethane-based adhesive from the company "TOP-UR" (Russia) is used to ensure a strong adhesion of the panel cladding and insulation. The proportion of the mixture, the temperature regime are carefully checked when feeding in production.
Steel (outer and inner cover): As a cover, RPT LLC uses thin-sheet galvanized steel - the highest quality of production. The thickness of the steel is 0.4-0.5 mm with a different polymer coating. We work under the order according to international color catalogs - the world color map RAL.
